Alternatively, choose the OTP login option — jilibee will send a one-time code to your registered Philippine mobile number, and entering that code logs you in without a password. Both methods are available on desktop and mobile browsers.

First, double-check that you are entering the correct mobile number or email. Passwords are case-sensitive, so make sure caps lock is not on.
